User Access Levels

An access level determines how much access a user may have on the EXACT Portal. Understand the difference between them

Access Level	What the User Can Do
Level 0 (read-only)	View Elements Download reports: PDF, CSV, and custom
Level 1	Level 0 actions, and also Create and edit Elements Create and edit Alerts
Level 2	Level 1 actions, and also Create and edit Maturity equations Create and edit Maturity calibrations from an Element
Level 3 (Admin)	Level 2 actions, and also Create, edit and delete users

If you're looking to send an individual system notifications and alerts only (no Portal access), then a Level 3 user can add them as a Contact
