Match Wireless Hub Set-up Guide (RUT956 / RUT955)

The EXACT Match Wireless Hub provides your EM2 units with Wi-Fi connectivity, ensuring a consistent, reliable, and redundant connection to their built-in LTE. We strongly recommend using a Wireless Hub with your units, especially in locations with weak cellular coverage.

​03 The Mobile (brown) magnetic antennas should be ​​elevated and placed close to a window, if available.

​04 The Wi-Fi (black) magnetic antennas should be ​​placed as close as possible of the EM2 units, with direct line of sight.

​05 The mobile signal strength indicator LEDs are located in the bottom-right corner of the front panel. Ensure that at least 3 bars are lit. If only two or fewer are displayed, reposition the mobile antennas by elevating them or moving them closer to a window or door.

​06 The Wi-Fi signal strength is displayed on the top of the EM2 screens and identified as “ETC-RELAY.” Ensure that all units maintain a strong signal (>80%). If any units show weak Wi-Fi strength, reposition the Wi-Fi antennas closer to them.

01 Connect the 4-pin connector to the power socket on the front of the device, then plug the power adapter into an electric outlet.

02 The Wireless Hub will have 4 antennas connected: 2 for Wi-Fi (marked with a black band at the connectors) and 2 for Mobile (marked with a brown band).
